[edit] Staffing
Work should be taken on by those who want to do it. No one should have to wash another's dish unless they have agreed to do so. Cooking vessels should be washed by the preparer unless an alternate arrangement is met. To Do lists may be posted by interested and perceptive individuals. More outgoing individuals may gently encourage others to participate if they so wish.

To respect the diversity of dietary practice, meat should be cooked and washed in isolated vessels, separately from the rest of the food. Another set of vegetable-only (ie vegan) dishes could be included if so wished.
